My battery drops to 10.8v after full charge...( It was not used for long time)... I think it sulphated inside... Any solution brother... Sorry I am from Sri Lanka... Thanks in advance

Kindly check gravity of battery using hydro meter it should b 1.28 ,if low then charge the battery slowly and on low ampere charge it for 24 hour slowly ,if again battery problem not solve then battery cell is short and battery is not fit for use
