Hi and welcome!! One of my values (I made a previous video on this...) is to be able to think clearly and amongst other things, this comes when I juice! In these tough, demanding and sometimes stressful days we need to take time out and have some "me time"⛱⛱.
I've been juicing for over 20 years and have seen the benefits. I rarely start my day without juicing!! I've had my SAGE Centrifugal juicer for around 8 years and it's still going - no probs!!
