Yup, it most certainly is. I went to holy family high school in Victoria Minnesota where tuition was 10k a year. When I graduated at 18, I went to work for my dads good friend in real estate. I would find the deals and oversee things and he would provide the funding, we would split the cashflow 50/50. 10 years and 120 doors later at 28 and I’m still rich, and would still be rich even without real estate. Anyway, where’s my burger?
