Trailmakers Danger Zone cargo run in a flexible barge

- I was inspired by the Container Carrier 2.0 posted a little while back by Redditor metamago96, so had to have a go at it.
It’s a perfect fit for the smaller landings at the Danger Zone docks, but works fine locked on to just one side in the larger ones. Engines and steering are far enough from the ends to allow for beaching as well. Strafing engines allow for easy in and out of the docks. Cabin is stabilized to avoid wobble while in the elevated positions.
Can be found in the Xbox Gallery as Flexible Cargo Barge.

Thanks! That was all one run edited down pretty heavily. I must have done 10 others during the build to get everything to line up and work right so I was a pro by that point.

Ohh noted, i like how yours is so modern and more simple, but mine however is meant for the high seas...
You kinda inspired me to open the interior hull so i load a vehicle before assembling.
@@beas_espofficial6245 cool! High Seas would flip this one over in no time. For loading a vehicle I had to make that bar come up in the back to keep it from rolling off when the boat gets moving. I put a parking brake in the car too so it stays put. I used some pistons and friction pads to do it. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with! 👍🏼
@@mrec7512Lol i know it's been a while but a couple months ago i ended up doing a whole different rescue ship with it's own moon pool.
Worked much better in high seas, cargo ships are though.
@@beas_espofficial6245 cool! You should make a video. I made a ship for recovering buoys that had a sort of moon pool on the bottom. I’m learning spaceships at the moment. I really hoped they were going to put some crates somewhere but I haven’t found anything yet. Space freighters would be awesome.

you should add a little more weight in the back of your lifters so they dont flop and wobble
Hello and thank you for your comment! I had found in building it that too much weight on the servos managing the lift would throw it off line and sit crooked after a few uses so I settled on gimbals activating when it’s at full height instead. It still could probably use a few more but I ran out of budget since it’s so huge. Thanks! 👍🏼
