I had a double disk version when I was a teenager in the 90's. It was the late 90's and I just got my first photo scanner and I scanned the CD cover and made it my desktop background. I had the VHS for years until someone stole that, along with my CD's. I have been a fan of this movie and soundtrack since I was 16. I watched it first from a friend coming over and playing it, so I immediately went out to my local record store and ordered the vhs as soon as I could. I have to get myself a copy of this too. Looks incredible!
Great 200 Motels box ! I picked up a very clean 2nd press not long ago, so I'm good. Howard Kaylen and Mark Volmann went to High School in LA with my friend Lynne.. ( they were 3 years older than her ) Flo and Eddie when they were with Zappa after the Turtles.. very funny guys !
Feels like I haven't been hearing much about this set. The door hanger looks cool, but sounds like much of the discs are alternate dialogue from the film? Big Frank fan, but thinking I might actually pass on this. Of course, I'll regret when it goes out of print...
I got this, and it had no CD 2, but two CD 4s. Amazon replaced it, without picking up the original, so now I have two boxes, but still no CD 2 but 4 CD 4s and a $50 rebate. It's not going to be easy to acquire!
And probably skip through the only time he plays it. I got the digital version and it is definitely a let-down. You at least get an overpriced box and useless paraphernalia.

That is too bad. The housing of the discs are not my favourite way to do it.
