Got my Momentum 4s I think 2 months ago and they are just perfect, cant live without them now...
Im a main Hip Hop listener, and these are monstrously good, the bass, holly damn the bass hits so hard and clean, the voices and highs makes me levitate in songs like Am I dreaming by Metro Boomin or 90210 by Travis Scott.
ANC isnt that perfect, but its enough for me, I use them mostly on my room so theres no problem.
Battery isnt 60 hours like they say, I mean, at least not at 100% vol. and like 80% anc, but they last me like a week and a half, I use them like 2-5 hours daily, depends on my mood and how my day is going. Probably thats like 25-35 Hours, enough for me.
I have tried my dads XM4 and theyre good, I feel more the bass rumble on the sonys than in the sennheisers, but in my momentum 4 the clean and big bass hits significantly more to me, and I feel something different on the mid and highs, but just dont know how to explain it, but seems more clean and better on sennheisers.
Ive tried also the Sony XM5, Airpods Max and the Bose QC Ultra, but they are just not for me...
XM5 dont have that punchy and rumbling bass, QC ultras, beside theyre poor -20h Battery the bass just feels to tight and weak, sound doesnt work for me, and on the Airpods Max, besides theyr not existent bass, Its just too flat sound type for me, Momentum 4 are just the shining star of Sound Quality
Totally happy with my buy, got them on Amazon sold by Amazon on 305 Dollars, If you are searching for some good headphones, and your main need is Sound quality get the Momentums 4, no doubt.
Thats my opinion on Sennheisers Momentum 4 :)
I'd pick the Momentum 4 for music/movies any day, you just need to set your personalized sound in the app and you will never think of changing it.

@@akashts7763 I will say, I didn't do this for the first maybe 4 months of me owning these headphones because I didn't think it would be much difference, but after hearing the dramatic change when I did with my TW4s I went back and did the sound personalization for my M4s and the difference again is drastic. Made me feel foolish for not doing so prior lol
I'm watching this video using my momentum 4 headphones. i like them so much, but i had doubts about either keep them or get sony's headsets just bc the first NC headphones i had were the sony xm2 in 2018, i was very much in love with them but they hurt my hears so much!. I sold them in 2021 and i hadn't wear headphones since then. Just earbuds.
A month ago i was looking for reviews to get a new pair of headphones, cause i missed the ones i had ,i was looking for good audio quality with great bass and that's why i picked my momentum 4. This video just made me love them even more and reaffirmed my decision. The audio is just amazing, and the bass is so deep. So far better audio quality than the Sony xm5. Also more confortable.
The only thing i wouldn't say i don't like about them, is that they do get a bit hot if I'm active, and if I'm sweating the sensor can get a bit wet and doesn't notice when i take them off, which is not a big deal for me honestly, i just clean it and that's it. But so far this video just reenforce my decision and I'm very happy with this purchase 😊

I owned the Bose QC45 and had to send them back after a few months due to some defect on the unit. Then I bought the Momentum 4 and I’m very happy with them. The sound is incredible*, battery life is fantastic and it has plenty of neat features.
* in your audio test, the M4 sounded quite muffled but definitely they do not sound like that in real life.
Can the Sony WH-XM5 sound like Senheizer Momentum 4 after EQ modification? If yes, then how close could it get?

I bought them 3 days ago and I think between 1 and 10 the centre feels as 5.5, leaning towards the right, if that's what you mean.

I tried the momentum 4's on at the airport today and was surprised how cheap they felt in comparison to the XM5's. They were gonna be my nice headphones, but im not 100% now.
well, both are mostly plastic.
@@LeechTM Sony's just felt a bit better designed. Anyway, couldnt really assess their audio quality so may trial them from Amazon as everyone raves about their sound.
The clarity on the Air Pods was incredible tho
This put my mind at ease after pulling the trigger and ordering the AirPod Maxes on Prime Day. Doing a lot of research people were saying the XM4/5 and the Momentum 4s had better bass and sound quality and after this sound comparison it confirmed what I was thinking, there’s too much of it and it overpowers the song itself and this coming from a guy who LOVES bass in his songs and loves to hear that BOOM of the bass thumping but there is such a thing as too much of it to where it overpowers the song itself, they sounded muffled and a bit cheap tbh. The Maxes were just incredibly clear and still had that big bass boom to them (albeit not an insanely huge one) and just meshed perfectly together with the song. Def think I made the right choice. Thanks for this review
Edit: The Bose also sounded REALLY good in this as well those would be my second choice. Clear and got a heavy boom that doesn’t overpower the song.
