This is big news. Chytil potentially returning in the lineup would be a huge shot in the arm for this team. If he does indeed comeback, I would slot him as a 3rd line center just for a game, get his feet wet, then if Rosolovic, Kreider and Mika are still playing absent, then I would move him up to the 1st line RW. In regards to D pairings, I finally like that Laviolette is considering the demotion but I still can't understand why Zac Jones who is arguably one of the best puck moving dmen coming out of your zone is sitting in the press box. Let's jus imagine the potential lineup scenario of1st line Kreider- Mika,-Chytil: 2nd line: Panarin-Trocheck- Laffy, 3rd line: Cuyllie- Wenneberg,-Kakko, 4th line: Vesey-Goodrow- Rempe,Brodziski or Rosolovic depending on the matchup . Then on D pairings you would have Lindgren-Fox, Schnieder-Miller, Trouba-Jones .

You can’t circumnavigate the cap by choice 😂 if the league found out you sit out a healthy player from the deadline. The team would be in big trouble. If it happens to work to your advantage then you get lucky.

Rempe needs to start in game 1 and 2 purely for the physicality. Id he has zero impact in the games then scratch him the rest of the series
He is, since he arrived, a soft player and a wasted high end draft choice. He gets in the lineup only after 3 or 4 injuries; Any luck, he gets bought out, can use the money for a genuine all around player.
The only thing is how rusty will he be he hasn’t played the whole year and I right about the defensive pairing gotta win tomorrow don’t even try against Ottawa. You fail to talk about how poorly miller has played. He was the direct result for the some goals last game. If you watch his play very closely you will see how many of his mistakes end up in the back of the net.

I apologize for not mentioning Miller’s mistakes in this video but I did however recap them in last nights game it’s just mostly because Trouba has mistakes more consistently but you’re right Miller doesn’t get a pass either and I’m sorry
