Nice video, loaded with information! I appreciate all the videos that you make. Sweden is my favorite and I love to know about it more and more! I really admire the Scandinavian countries for the amount of focus they put on a child's development. They really really invest on the future the capital. Unlike us where we burden the children from a very early age, they actually invest not just on the learning, but what they are learning. I really like that!

never went to sweden but as an NRI i suggest if you plan permenent residency in Sweden better allow kid in swedish it will be better to get used to new country and culture and new friends And in home you can start teaching Indian regional language and English.
And other very very important its free
And when your kid reach college level it will be very big plus because you know from all over the world including from India many students want to study in Europe and even in Sweden
while you already staying here (after 10 plus years ) you are having big advantage so that your kid.
while comparing indian school kid to sweden school kid level it may look like Indian school kids knowing many things but once after college passed out then you know the difference between both educstion level even you can compare IIT to here

Dear , need your guidance - getting job offer from Sweden but they are asking me to sign 1 yr contract and then mutually agreed make it permanent after 1 year.
Question
Is 1 yr contract initially for work visa is normal in Sweden as they saying if they put permanent with 4 month probation then getting work visa is difficult?
Also company is small compare to my current organizations so it is worth to take risk by coming to Sweden?

We write the contract as an agreed fixed time employment for one year.
If we want to proceed with each other, the contract after one year falls over into a permanent employment.
We will apply for an EU- blue card.

There are couple of English speaking jobs but it's very limited. But agar aap ko swedish aata hai to opportunities badh jaate hai. PR K liye swedish language mandatory ho sakte hai. New rules are coming very soon

@@sonalgupta9518 education here is mandatory here. So You can apply for the school & get admission in schools also . But the thing is you may not get some discounted fees or something like that .But once you get your kid's personal no. you can update it later in the school ( if you get any school) . In our case it was the exact thing we did
Time to get admission is always depends on queue. But within 6 month you will get it

Not really. W/o personal number you can get admission in preschool ,but once the kid gets the personal number you just need to update it in school asap
