Too busy looking for love instead of working. The Aussie girl Ashling should have been second stew the minute she stepped on the boat. She began work right away, her luggage lost, no clothes and she cried because she was so tired. Meanwhile Elizabeth was just winging it. And how old was she? I love her as Chief Stew! Elizabeth acted immature and lazy. She had her own agenda (James) and was very unprofessional. She mixed BLEACH WITH DETERGENT AND CREATED MUSTARD GAS. She didn't listen when Fran said to do it outside and watch it closely. That right there is enough to get fired from any job. Elizabeth was irresponsible and she thought she was untouchable. Not okay.
