I have a question. I dont see the button "Install Module" on admin interface of Drupal 11. Is this feature removed or I am missing something?

Great, I love Drupal. How about modules compability? can we use the modules that for D10?

Modules that work with D10 are not necessarily compatible with D11. See the "Works with..." line in the "Releases" section at the bottom of each module's page. For example: "Works with Drupal: ^10.3 || ^11".
