Thank you sensei. Thank you opening my mind to the reality and the breadth of karate.

Hi Sensei, just found you on youtube and thinking its been a VERY long time since I had my introduction to karate under your instruction at Nottingham University 1979 - 85. Respect!

My prediction is that Vince Morris, and others like him, will be seen as trail blazers. I expect that in the future even more karate-ka will switch to this style of training when their days of competition style training are over and they're wondering about giving it all away, just to discover there's a whole other karate world out there that's available to them. .

Karate is practiced in this way in many dojos in Okinawa. That is not to take anything away from sensei Vince Morris, because what he did was needed for people practicing in other parts of the world.

Sensei Vince, I’ve been trying to find a Kissaki Kai school near me and finally found one, just yesterday as a matter of fact in Marlton New Jersey. I’m going there this Saturday. Do all the Kissaki Karate Do schools teach your same curriculum? I sure hope so. Definitely want to get back to real KARATE. Thank you for your vids, some really wonderful techniques in those. Thank you again. Peace

Kissake Kai is not karate. It is Jujutsu, however you want to explain or spell it. Good and effective Jututsu.
