My understanding of Bachira’s choice is he still would have chosen Isagi. He evolved to the point where he didn’t “need” anyone anymore, but still wanted their best player, and his best buddy.

Something I like to point out is that Bachira and Isagi's Aura has changed. Both started blue but Isagi's became green when he landed his direct shot against Nagi's team in the first selection. Bachira's has now become gold. They are very reflective of finding your true self

Bachira was 1000% going to choose Isagi. He was saying he realized he doesn’t need to rely on anyone else for his soccer anymore, so he could clearly choose Isagi without feeling like it’s because he is “relying” on him.

There is a spin-off manga titled Blue Lock:Episode Nagi
It shows us things from Nagi's pov: it covered before BL Nagi, 1st selection Nagi, and now it covering the 2nd selection Nagi
I don't know which parts the movie covered though
Watched it in Japan - it covers Reo and Nagi meeting, one match before Blue Lock, then quickly covers all of their current journey to the end of the anime. Since it's just a movie, they brush over a lot, especially the games against Team W, X, and Y, as well as the later parts of the second selection. The only parts that I'd say are movie-unique were the pre-blue lock stuff, the team V 12 person tag, and a more in-depth scene when Nagi leaves Reo for Isagi. Also has more narration from Nagi. In effect it's like 70% a summary movie though.
@@mokinataa oh, i really loved the matches against team Y and X, how they showed that Niko was truly the best one on his team and hinted at the playstyle that suits Barou the best. The match against team W was about becoming a trio with Zantentustu, right? I liked it alot as well, but don't remember much of it

@@kassandranna could just be a disappointment thing cuz I was hoping most of the movie would be about those matches. I just remember feeling mad that most of the points were reduced to their goal kick for those games and that I didn't learn much.

It's just such a shock when the British guy used an actual British person then the other 4 are all Japanese voice actors speaking engrish. I wish they skilled out extra for native speakers who all also spoke English for the more authentic accents but it's such a small criticism of the show

Apparently, that "spin move" Bachira did is a *"Screw Driver Kong"* or *"360 Vault"* and is a parkour/free running skill. So it's possible to perform, but I'm not sure how effective it is at slipping past a defender.
Well it’s just a spin, that’s not a crazy thing to do, but using it to break free from defenders is pretty dumb

The "english" will be fixed in due time. A small spoiler for the next arc but Reo's family sponsors Blue Lock with an earbud that translates all languages back and forth that allows everyone to communicate effectively. Basically a magic gadget is introduced later that gets rid off all of that nonsense.
Basically, they will change into all japanese speaking in the anime.

Yeah the world 5 is based of real people (K. Mbappe, H. Kane etc...). I'm sad that they don't have pick real VA from the country they are from (Only Adam as a English VA but the other are Japanese that speak in English, and so, they sadly doesn't have the accent of the country they are supposed to. Like seriously, Loki doesn't sound French AT ALL lmao)
PS: I don't mind that they talk not perfect in English since obv you can't speak perfectly English when it's not your mother tongue, it's just sad that they could take VA from people that are really from the country they represent so at least even if "it's bad" it's realistic.

I live in japan and i already watched the movie, its a movie about reo and nagi, we're watching it from their pov (not isagi), the time setting is around before and during the blue lock.

The movie is about the spin off manga , it's from nagi pov and also reo , it start from how nagi used to live and how he and reo met , it alao shows how they got to blue lock and their journey in blue lock , i don't know how much of the spun off it will cover but based on the teaser it seems that they show till the second selection. The parts in blue lock is basically team v games and are mainly about nagi's inner thoughts , it sometimes switches to reo's pov as well

I think that Bachira’s spin to get rid of Nagi’s hold was not as ridiculous in the manga. For some reason the animators really dropped the ball there, it should’ve been only 1 spin

I have an Anime recommendation that I believe you guys would actually really like, It’s called K-ON. It’s a slice of life Anime, about a high-school musical band. It’s great you guys would love it and I’d be happy to see you guys react to it, has 2 seasons & a couple of movies.

I really liked the English-speaking monents, but i can understand that they would make long dialogues very difficult to comprehend. In the manga the World 5 talks a lot more, than in the anime
Luna (the spanish guy), for example, say something along the lines of Blue Lock is a huge waste of money and it is imrassive that JFU has so much money laying around, as there is no way a Japanese person can become the best in the world or even close to it

It’s a culture thing for Anime to never use non-Japanese voice actors. Even if they need broken Japanese for a character, they’ll use a Japanese VA. Only in Carole and Tuesday I’ve heard actual English spoken people voicing characters, even if only for the songs. Btw, that last one is a great suggestion for you which are musically inclined.
They don't understand that they sound like that because the Japanese voice actors are speaking english. When they watched dubbed that was actual English speakers.
The English bit was such a good thought but a slight miss. Having them all try and do different English accents was great but English not being their first language made it awkward.
A Japanese VA (who speaks English as a 2nd language) trying to do a 2nd language Brazilian English accent is just way too hard to pull off, lol.

Wanted or not to agree, Rin was the second best to speek english because the sound wasnt bad and we could understand him perfectly with out the subltitels. Now if you want to say you not like it, because it was weird listen him talking english, you can say that, everyone have its own opinion but for me compare to de the others was by far the second best, even cabasso was not bad, but is just because he would say one word or two and the way he talk was clear
