    Wow, this is deep! Speaking as a black African social worker from a southern African country, I think there is a massive difference in the way that we are willing to challenge and confront racism. My Caribbean colleagues are comfortable to tackle the bull by the horns most of the time. I wonder if this comes from having been in countries where we have celebrated white privilege so much that we have developed such a thick skin and we tolerate it almost too much???
