I guess it's the sign of spring coming! ^^
To feel the spring in advance,
I made lemonade with strawberry in it.
Homemade Strawberry lemonade~
It tastes like strawberry yogurt if you mix the milk!
My current fav drink~
You can use brown sugar,
but to make red color lemonade
I recommend to use white sugar^^
Stir the sugar often while drinking!
It makes the perfect taste after 2~3 days later!
Put it in the refrigerator
Ingredients
300g Strawberry
500g Lemon
800g Sugar

Translation:
1. sterilize your jars by boiling them (make sure you do this step, because this helps prevent bad bacteria from getting into your drink).
2. grab a couple of lemons and wash them (at least 500g).
3. briefly boil your lemons and dry them.
4. grab a couple strawberries and wash them (at least 300g).
5. cut your strawberries into quarters.
6. slice your boiled lemons into thin slices.
7. add 500g lemon slices, 300g strawberries, and 800g white granulated sugar into a bowl and mix well.
8. add the mixture into your earlier sterilized jars.
9. let it sit for a couple days until the liquid at the bottom becomes red and clear.
10. serve with ice and a kind of clear soda/carbonated drink and enjoy~

This looks good! For the people worried about the amount of sugar used, there is a reason for it. First, it's to preserve the fruit. Second, it's to draw out the juices to create the syrup. Finally, unless you're a real sugar fiend, you probably won't be eating or drinking the syrup and the fruit in one sitting.

I sometimes add additional fresh squeezed lemon juice if it's too sweet.
I just tried this recipe and let me just say that everyone in my family loved it !! Both jars I had made were gone that same day. Its a really great recipe! A tip I have for you all: if you like mineral water, i suggest using that instead of water or sprite (which is what is used in the video), it makes the lemonade even more refreshing!

Kelly hello! I used mason jars, I’m not sure about plastic containers. Depending on where you live, I’m sure your local dollar store has mason jars you can use. But I think plastic containers can be used as well as long as you clean them well enough beforehand!

Hello again! Sorry if I'm bothering you but I managed to make it! But I have no idea how long to store it and where? I see people saying 2-3 days but in the fridge or outside? And I saw someone say to put it outside for one day and then leave it in the fridge. What do you do when you were making it? Thank you very much!!

Kimi was not specific on any many days but I did some trail and error. My best result was within the fridge for about two to three days. It tasted better. But the next day will be fine.

wonduckhoe came here because I thought it was in English due to the title, but it's not lol. I'm lucky to know broken Korean so I can guess what the instructions say. Basically after the lemon/strawberry/sugar mixture was jarred, you let it sit for 2-3 days and then it'll be ready to serve. The drink they added to fill up the cup seems to be cider (what Koreans call sprite/7up type drinks). Hope I helped a bit!
Yes, Vi Le got it correct :) If you want to retain the bright color from the strawberries, use white sugar instead of brown sugar. And if you do not like the excess sugar sinking down to the bottom, stir it once a day, not in a circular motion but up and down just like using a ladle :)
I think using sparkling water would be a bit better.. too much sugar otherwise
