14 hours ago I was struck with food poisoning while I was out of town in an Airbnb. It was a lovely space, but there’s really nothing worse than being sick and not being at your own home surrounded by your most favorite cozy things. The only way I was able to get through it was listening to you. You really have such a healing presence. Finally on the other side of that miserable illness, feeling so much better and well rested thanks to you and electrolyte water! 🙏 Sending you so much love and gratitude!!!
All I can think about watching this is how hard it must be to sit on the ground right now. lol I hope you are comfortable and you are taking time to relax too!!

I absolutely love when you tell us to close our eyes and focus on the sounds that we hear. The part where you were telling us to go to that place in which the sounds remind us of, was amazing. I think i caught myself smiling with my eyes closed, i felt so at peace. Please make a longer video like this 😭🙌🏼

The counted breathing exercises are soooo amazing in asmr and especially in the beginning… as it went on i literally lost track of time and space. And the sounds and the closed eye part. It was sooo meditative. You’re a genius!!!
Can you do a video focusing on sprays and the two glass balls on sticks filled with liquid you’ve used a few times (sorry I don’t know what they’re called lol). I find them so relaxing! Xxxx
