I so needed this thank you so much Kel I just accepted that I'm a bit depressed I always keep my emotions in and I think that's why I always have anxiety and stress it's just really hard to relax my body and mind all the time My mother has been pushing me to be completely independent (im disabled and i use a wheelchair to get around) i mean yes i would love to be completely independent but unfortunately i just cant so i dont know how to get it through her head that there is a limit and i can only do so much but lately she has pushed me to my breaking point and i ended up having 2 emotional breakdowns last Wednesday where i couldn't stop crying or calm down
I’m going back to school tomorrow and I’m very stressed. I don’t know what any of my classes will be like, I don’t know if my friends will still care about me and Ive just been having random moments where I want to cry. There’s a lot going on in my life right now, and school is just going to add on top all of it. This video really made me feel good and I was able to relax a little bit. Thanks a ton kel 🙏❤️
