okay but working with your DFY team, they dont do lease options and sell the home to you at market price, not discounted......sooooo u preach/do the better thing and then team does the other for paying clients?
and you have show us that ur buying those same dfy deals without equity in them as well and rent them out standard way instead of lease option so what gives? explain man!

The buyer rents the property at a higher rental rate and does all the maintenance for the length of the term, then they buy the home. Added rental income, lowers expenses and you already have a buyer so your roi goes up

@@eljuancho2 I know it's non refundable but what I'm asking is if the person decides to buy the house does that 5000 or how much of it goes towards the buying price down the road. It's a down payment for buying it sounds like. It's not the sellers 5000 to keep unless they don't buy the house..
SIRSCRUBSALOT Official the 5k is the contract price,for living there for 3 years with the option to buy the house at the set price negotiated,then when the person decide to buy,they have to come with 15k,the 5k is not leaving your pocket.
