IIRC, Ben once said in an interview, "In Germany if they don't like the band they'll go get another beer. In America they'll throw the beer AT you." That, and their records don't have the same selling numbers that they do in the European countries probably due to the touring thing. Ah well, I saw them with Rise Against the one year they did tour here so I'm happy.
