Sequoyah Nuclear Plant operating license extended to 2041

Nuclear regulators have extended the operating license for Sequoyah Nuclear plant.
TVA can now operate those reactors for another 20 years beyond their originally planned lifespan.
That means the plant will be in operation until 2041.
