- President Bola Tinubu has mourned the death of troops killed by bandits in an ambush in the Shiroro area of Niger State, as well as the crash of a Nigerian Air Force helicopter in the state on Monday. In a statement, the President said the incident has brought him immense sadness, but commended the courage and devotion of the fallen soldiers. A soldier is not a diplomat, he should not be expected to sooth your fragile self and definitely not be judged on diplomatic etiquette. Did you, yourself start by saluting him for his selfless defence service to the country, seeing that you are big on protocols?

Well apparently 21 people died so you are obviously facing hardened fighters and not common crooks. Who supplies them weapons and training where do they sleep who pays them how do they make money if they are stealing resources who are they selling too. And why is there never videos of these criminals?. Nigeria should have drone's.

Some of this terrorist are in my village Jagindi Tasha jemaa local government Kaduna state. I escaped kidnapping twice while my wife, my tenant and many others were kidnapped at different events without much arrest. Most of the terrorist are known and lack firearms and ammunitions. How can an aircraft disappear on the radar and you are still waiting to know it's whereabout. Thank you otitoju for that question on air support/ escort for the air ambulance. When a rescue operation is on going, you see the USAF with assisted attack choppers or jet.
Commander cannot confirm that this aircraft was not shot down by the criminal from the language in the video? The video which he claimed was a picture I still do not umderstand what he meant by people walking around in the picture. And instead of promoting NAF"s combact effort, he is promoting Amnesty for the terrorist. He also said that a terrorist cannot pass by your house or farm unoticed yet, he did not even know that there are terrorist in his NAF base, market and town. What a moron Nigeria got for a commander!
