That chase was intense, and impressive that the PS5 can handle that many rats at 60fps in 4K.
Actually 1440p and consoles are locked at 30fps for this game
This is definitely PC gameplay. Next gen consoles are 1440p and 30fps locked (40fps if you have 120hz enabled)

What makes this scene more impactful is that they introduce you to this city and it's people slowly and you get very immersed in the city and it's people. Only for you to be the source of its destruction.

Except the quality of Asobo games is actually consistent
They almost lost a few screws. Play Innocence and you'll see the difference. And Naughty Dog isn't really that much of a good example to follow, especially what they did to TLOU2.

I really like this part of the game and the other part that's my favorite is when Amicia and Hugo reach the island that he dreams about for a long time too! Awesome video too by the way! Keep it up!

It is one of the best story telling games I have ever been played. Amazing story, directly engraving to the players' mind and heart.

Remember years ago having a rat infestation in an old student house. It was horrible and for years gave me some rough nights sleep. Cant even imagine..a whole city. But for them and us it were plague i suppose

It's indeed a videogame, not a 8 minutes video without context or immersion.
Theyre supernatural rats called the macula and theyre clearly much stronger than normal rats. Will eat a human down to bone in seconds and cut through most objects when in large numbers
Also if you watch closely they dont break many houses theyre still constricted to many passages which is how amecia was able to run from them. Its just when the overwhelming tsunami of rats were rammed into some weak pillars they broke causing some houses to fall.
I'm so glad i didn't live in that era.

I can't I can't I just CAN'T take it anymore with every, single, last, god damn french character in the freaking WORLD having a voice actor who's the most British person that ever british'ed. Movies, shows, games, assassin's Creed to Les Miserables, everyone is as cockney as possible. It's less distracting to read subtitles then to be annoyed every waking second by the audio

They had French accents in the first game but were told to drop them for better delivery.
