In this clip, John Salley opined on the Ime Udoka situation and whether he thinks the embattled coach will ever get another NBA head coaching opportunity. He said he wished Ime could’ve landed the Nets job considering previously being on the Nets coaching staff. Nia Long getting upset about the Celtics making the situation public is a lesson that even though they tried to do the right thing, there’s always multiple angles to consider when faced with a decision. The Celtics were so focused on appeasing the husband of the woman he cheated with, that they didn’t consider the feelings of Nia Long and her child. This is a call for wisdom.

The power dynamic associated with a superior's improper relationship with a staff member was the primary finding and policy violation cited in the law firm's report, which was commissioned by the Celtics and completed in September, sources said.
