In this clip, John Salley revisits a string of controversial incidents during the NBA regular season involving Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant, like punching a minor in the face, pulling his gun out on IG live, and the "strip club" occurrence in Denver. I don't think the argument was that he was a bad father, didn't it have more to do with how he trained his sons? There are a lot of sports experts that say he ruined their knees by making them run so much at a young age. Personally, that's the only knock against him that I've seen.
