Color correcting is so tricky. I love your explanation. And girl, the struggle is real with my dark circles. I can’t leave the house without wearing a corrector at minimum. Bobbi Brown Bisque is still my number one. But I love trying new ones and I’m here for the reviews 🙌

it's funny - the cherry blossom looks on my skin the way the pink pomelo looks on yours - a kind of medium peachy pink. but, even though it's too dark and too orange for my skin tone, it matches the depth of my undereye circles, so i tried your technique - specifically, applying a second layer, because like you, i found that a single layer didn't do it and to be honest i don't know why i've never thought to do that myself. the second layer looks so much better. i was able to successfully apply concealer over top (also Huda, in Royal Icing) and it actually looks okay. i'm definitely going to need to practice to get the hang of it, but waiting for the product to dry down some before tapping it in, applying in really thin layers and then applying a second layer seems to be a good combination so far. glad i found your channel.

Thank you Blair for this great video. I just purchased this yesterday and this morning applied 3 dots as suggested. Way too much. It made my concealer crease horribly. Like you said,1 dot is all you need. I tried numerous peach correctors and they never worked for my fair skin. I’m glad Huda came out with this color.

I love "Trish McEvoy Instant Eye Lift" in Shade 1. (You bought it for your birthday in 2022 and posted a review and it looked great.) It applies so smoothly. In watching this video, I think the color is like the Huda "Cherry Blossom". The TM also has the pinkish tone, but not that white pink. It is expensive, $46, but it is worth it to me. I will probably stick with Trish McEvoy IEL, since it wears and applies so well. I love your videos. Thank you!

Cherry blossom looks like a great shade , I never ordered it because I didn't care for the org pink color of the other one . U do love your color correctors . Omg I found this eye cream from Colleen Rothschild that has illumination and a corrector in it , Im absolutely in love it, I don't have alot of darkness but it works great under concealer and on its own. I have been using it alone over the Chanel water fresh tint on the daily . It actually has a light coverage to it and u only need a tiny amount. I think it's like one of my favorite purchases of the year and I only have had it like a month. I also think it's just great eye prep for makeup . I told Tania B about it and she bought it and has been using it in her videos .

Pixi is definitely a thicker cream, but I usually warm it up with my finger first and it gets a little creamier. Is you want a cream formula, Charlotte Tilbury is good or the Bobbi Brown Skin Corrector Stick. It’s a thinner version of the original.
