Twilight Princess had a way harder boss fight than the dragon! In the The Cave of Ordeals (you know, the 50 floors of enemies in that secret cave in Gerudo decert where you find the fairy) you fight 3 darknuts with whatever potions and hearts you have left! They basically fight like Ganondorf, but they get faster and faster the more armor they drop. I felt like the king of the world when i finally got em! the dragon can go home and take a rest.

Idk man, for skyward sword I would’ve definitely said the final boss fight was the toughest by far. The imprisoned was a joke if you knew how to just time when to run up to his feet, but the final boss took me over half an hour of resets to beat, and the fight itself was a few minutes of very precise rapid fire attacks and shield blocks. Unless I missed some mechanic in the boss fight, the final boss was vastly harder than the imprisoned

I thought the same about the final boss when I first got there. But in my next try I realized, that you can hold your sword up (this guy said you can't make use of this, so I didn't even tried the first time) and paralyze him with a lightning strike. And then he was the easiest boss.... didn't even hit me once in that battle. But sadly, due to the mechanic of Skyward Sword, none of the bosses were really challenging. All game you sooo much time to just hit them right...

Vaati is difficult to figure out at first, but when you get Downthrust and Hurricane Blade + upgrades, you can trivialize his first two forms and the first stage of his final fight. Hurricane Blade is kinda broken for boss fight cheesing, but so satisfying.
Downthrust, when timed right, can eliminate the need for the Four Sword pads in the second phase, if the shockwave hits all four open eyes.

I would have agreed with you on Dark Link being the hardest boss battle in Ocarina of Time (OoT) had you not disqualified him in The Legend Of Zelda II: The adventures of Link (Zelda II) due to a glitch and then proceeded to ignore legitimate strategies to defeat him in said game. Yes, you can crouch in the corner and easily defeat him in Zelda II, but that was exploiting an unforeseen (remember when the game came out. Even though there were several advances in video games, in and of itself it was still in its larval stages; which is why I consider failures such as Zelda II essential to the growth of video games) situation where you have the advantage of hitting your enemy while benefiting from invulnerability. I mean, when calling Nintendo Support at the time to ask for hints, barring glitches of course, to defeating him; their answer was equivalent to today’s phrase, “Git good son!” Whereas in OoT he only mimics Link when he holds the Master Sword. That means if you do the work to go out of your way to obtain either the Biggeron Sword or the Megaton Hammer then Nintendo rewards you with the fruits of your efforts by giving you an easier fight. That makes sense because Dark Link is a “shadow” of Link and is a master of what what the conceived perception of what Link is and when Link acts unconventionally Dark Link cannot cope because inside he’s screaming, “I AM ERROR!”

Dark Link was okay to fight. Except I somehow accidentally cheesed it idk how: I got one good hit in then just kept whaling on him the second he respawned so he just…kept sinking. And only used my master sword and shield (I like having my shield…) Honestly felt incredibly underwhelming after its 20 year build up (kinda like the whole temple-really. It’s not that bad at all. In Link's Awakening, the Slime Eel wasn't the toughest boss. It was actually the Nightmare Ganon during the final battle inside the Wind Fish's Egg. He could only be harmed by charging at him with the Pegasus Boots. This was difficult, especially in the remake for the Nintendo Switch as his flying pole weapon and flaming bats made it hard to get to him.

Nah, the Final Boss’s Final Form…at least until I learned the boomerang trick, which is kinda hilarious. But growing up…so many arrows and the boss really doesn’t give you any space to maneuver while moving about pretty randomly. Up to that point was Okay once my family figured out The Trick to deal damage. But so much dodging (or trying to) and shoot arrows…way harder for us than Form Ganon.

For Tears of the Kingdom (which I know wasn't out when the video was created) it's probably Queen Gibdo because if you run out of arrows, you have to start the fight over, and that's not even mentioning that you have to wait for a recharge and/or use an elemental arrow, and that's not all. It has high power attacks and, in the second phase, it summons more Gibdos which you must take down using the same method.

I feel like the only thing that makes Monk Maz Koshia “difficult” is his high health bar. That usually wouldn’t be a problem, but we all know BOTW’s weapon durability is awful. Plus, two handed weapons are too slow if you do damage so you’ll need to rely on one handed weapons. I’d say Thunder Blight Ganon is the most difficult boss that actually requires a bit of skill and good reaction time

tbh, it was bongo bongo for me. I remember laughing at his name when I saw it and thought, “this will probably be easy”
it took me 2 days to beat him and a lot more days of stalling the fight. It’s never really taken me more than an hour on any boss before, let alone 2 whole days. I don’t what it was about him. Maybe it was how I kept running out of materials and fairies and was on 3 - sometimes 2 or 1 - hearts when I’d fight him, and he does like 2 hearts if I remember correctly. I think it was also the ZL targeting thing. God I hated Bongo Bongo so much when I was fighting him, but I think he was a cool boss.
