Sir good day! May i ask regarding sa fire insurance renewal? Automatic ba dapat bayaran yun? I remembered may last renewal was 2015 pa. And i always receiving a mail from my bank about it. Is it mandatory to get fire insurance? If not, what will.happen if you ignore or.not taking fire insurance since it will.be additional expenses for me. Thank you!
Yes, fire insurance is mandatory every year.. If you pay your monthly as Auto Debit, maybe the bank gets the payment yearly if you ignore to pay..

Why do international buyers have to pay additional charges on top of foreign transaction fees when using credit cards issued abroad? Can't we just continue using the Ipay link? Thanks.

In paying HOA/ monthly association dues, can I pay via bdo online banking using my credit card? Thank you .
In paying HOA, yes you can use your BDO online Banking. But using credit card, As online payment, NO. However if you still want to use your credit card, you need to go the Condo Admin to fill out an Auto Debit Form for your credit card.

Yes its work with BPI. Regarding extra fees pls refer to you bank branch.

Pwede ka magbayad using any credit card.. With regard sa charges, better to your bank po.
Pwede pong pa request sa next content, what if you're paying the monthly DP of the condo you bought then all of a sudden something happened or you lost job then what can you or should you do? Will all your payments will be wasted or ano po mangyayari? Salamat.
