a difficult month with dad still not better and land very short we have managed a couple of nice finds hope you enjoy them as dug
This is a continental coin of Series E from the Tertiary phase, which can be dated between about 740 and 760, just before the introduction of broad pennies to replace the 'sceat' coinage.

That wax seal stamp is also a unique find. Did some reverse image searching and it may be a one of a kind as well. Two museum quality finds in one video! Many detectorists would kill for just one of your finds in a lifetime of searching. Amazing!
