📝 Ingredients for approx. 25 pieces:
✅ 1 apple
✅ 1 egg
✅ 3 tablespoons sugar
✅ 3 tablespoons oil
✅ 1 pack vanilla sugar
✅ 200 g natural yogurt (3.5%) / 7.1 oz.
✅ 350 g flour / 12.3 oz.
✅ Pinch of salt
✅ 50 ml milk / 1.7 fl.oz.
✅ 7g baking powder / 0.3 oz.
✅ Oil for deep frying
✅ Sugar and cinnamon
Preparation:
1. Cut the apple into cubes.
2. Mix the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and oil and beat with a whisk for 1 minute until creamy.
3. Add yogurt and mix again.
4. Add the apple cubes and mix. Then add the milk and mix again.
5. Pour the flour, baking powder and salt through a sieve in two steps and mix the dough.
6. Oil your hands and form a donut from 1 tablespoon of the dough.
7. Then place these on a floured board.
8. Fry the donuts in hot oil until both sides are golden brown.
Then roll in cinnamon sugar and enjoy. Complete! ♡
