😅 I was glad to hear you say you wash your hair every 4 weeks cause that’s what I do too sometimes five 🙈 when I use to wash it every week or two weeks I notice my hair was drier. I’ve never used sweet almond oil I’m gonna give it a try. Nice video queen 💕

I totally understand that greyish film you are talking about. It’s sebum and it can be a nightmare to wash off the strands of our hair because it is THICK!!!! You know your hair is clean when it’s black and shiny and there’s no sebum left on it.

Sebum is the thing that protects the hair, so don’t worry about washing it completely off, is that even healthy for black hair?, worry about the buildup on your scalp

Thank you for this video!!! These are all the questions I’ve been wondering. And it is sequenced well, so I’m no longer confused. I see now that my hair care does not need to be complicated, just patient and delicate….Wow, I wish I figured all this out 20 years ago when I started wearing my hair natural…By now I would’ve had Rapunzel hair instead of it always breaking off at shoulder length

You can try aloe vera gel from zalando. it comes 3 in a pack. maybe youll make a review on it. its actually sold for face but i saw youtuber using it. i think its holika. so if it doesnt work on your hair you can use oon your face. im also an olive oil babes even though pple say low porosity is good with light oils.

@@peloc5660 honestly if you oil you only need to once a week if your moisturizing daily. Majority of our products have tons of oils in them, so you really don’t need oil on your scalp. If you have a dry scalp you can do an oil once or twice a week. Heat up the oil once a week and do a hot oil treatment. For your scalp you can do a jojoba oil with a few drops of rosemary. A lot of oils for our scalp have way too many oils in them. If you use them to often your scalp cannot breathe, which will affect your hair growth.
