    😢 Thanks u bro... finally some one talking about quantum computing in this level

      Quantum computing is so small that it can't be seen, that's why only some are talking about it 😂. Lol.
      Hope quantum computer data should be this small to avoid being hacked/stolen.

    Something crazy might of, I am going to ask for fun:
    Warp drive qubits in quantum compiters.
    🗿,
    Only legends will know.

    You mentioned that measurement based quantum computing can be done fault tolerantly. Does that require mid-circuit decisions on what measurements to make or is it all post processing? If mid-circuit communication with a classical computer is needed, it is a challenge to store photonic qubits long enough?

      Hi! Thanks for these great questions. I'll do my best, but if there's someone who knows better than me out there please intervene!
      In measurement based quantum computing (and its fault tolerant version), when you do the measurement, you need to have the measurement results from previous rounds to determine which basis to measure. So mid-circuit decisions are definitely needed. I think post processing (or probabilistically succeeding?) is more for the stage of generating the large entangled state than the computation stage.
      The challenge you mention (storing photonic qubits long enough) is actually related to the photon loss mentioned in the paper (and this video). So yes, it'd be great if classical computation/communication time is not the bottleneck for requiring longer storage time. With finding better materials, etc. (as mentioned in this paper) there seems to be ways to improve the loss and be able to handle longer storage time.

    What about qbits made out of atomic vacancys??

    • @debobiswas
      @debobiswas  Před měsícem +3

      Vacancy centers are very promising in quantum information, but qubit counts are generally small. They make great quantum sensors though.

    Is measurement base quantum computing universal? Can it perform any operation that can be implemented on gate based computing?

    • @mingyukang6734
      @mingyukang6734 Před měsícem +1

      Yes, measurement based quantum computing is universal, just like gate based quantum computing!

    Curious if quantum computers can run Eldenring @ 60fps & and didn't see a link to get one on Amazon order Thank you!
