Where is Sangita everyone is asking? Has LBC sacked her? Few months ago Mehdi Hassan interviewed Mark Regev who is the senior adviser to BB Natanyahu. The interview was done on MSNBC and Mehdi really roasted Regev with hard questioning. Immediately after that interview, Mehdi Hassan disappeared from the airways and later it transpired that he was sacked by MSNBC. Now, Sangita's last interview was with the Israeli spokesperson called Avi Hyman. Sangita also asked very searching questions which made Hyman very uncomfortable. Since that interview she has also disappeared from the airways. Sounds familiar? Wonder what powers are operating behind the scenes?

I've been boycotting LBC, so I haven't listened to your show James since last week! I get you'll get fired too if you say something about Sangita but I can't listen to a show where you discuss rights/wrongs of society when your colleague has been treated this way

It really is about the mortgage and young family. How far do we expect people to go with this? I don't have the answer but it must be killing James that he can't speak out against this injustice. Between himself and Maitless the two best broadcasters in the UK and they have both been silenced.
It may not be his responsibility to talk about Sangita, but James is in the safest and most influential position to discuss it. Like him or not, he's the poster boy for LBC and pulls in more listeners than any other host. If they take him off the air, they lose substantial revenue, an even more tarnished reputation, and James just finds work elsewhere. He's not going to struggle.
I hope stands up for her, but we'll see...

You must be sick if you don’t live James O’Brien.
I'm from a trawler town in the North West of England, hearing all the talk of "reclaiming our waters" made me cringe. I worked in the fishing industry and knew immediately that as we sold most of the catch to the E.U. , and allowed other E.U. countries to fish our waters, ANY deal we made with Europe would simply HAVE to include access to our waters. Yet another immediately obvious lie made to us by some politicians.

It’s so funny how James’ selective memory conveniently forgets that it was Starmer who led Labours Brexit policy. Indeed James’ fan boy Starmer deliberately undermined Corbyns position at conference and played a huge part in the poor and mixed messages coming from the opposition. My suggestion is that you include another chapter in your self proclaimed book that “analyses” the part Starmer and his friends played in undermining Corbyns leadership.
