ey man, whats up, i have a question, as japan you can win naval battles agaist USA WITHOUT "man the guns", i don't have that dlc, i love playing Japan but hate that no matter what USA has 3 times more stats than me (maybe because i play in no historicall all the time but still)

They will always have better stats than you, but you can still win because you can grind your army out in China giving you better docotorines and divisions will be higher levels, and you’ll probably have a better navy for a bit when the war starts so you have to win decisively then before America can make more stuff
