Ingredients (recipe) of Vietnamese Style Grilled Baby Back Ribs - Sườn Non Nướng:
2.5 lb Baby Back Pork Ribs
100g Minced lemon Grass
100g Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Bronw Sugar
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 tbsp Honey
100g Shallot
1 Stalk Green Onion

Thank you! You can have the ribs in a tray then place it on to the bbq grill or you can place directly onto the grill. 💕
I’m curios why you did not remove that inside layer of skin before you cut your ribs ?
For this recipe, it was not intended for the ribs to be falling off the bones. But if you don’t like that layer of skin, you can remove that before marinate the ribs. 💕
