Incredibly charming! I think the biggest crime Sonic Team's animators have made over the past 20+ years is underanimating a highly expressive character design, and so many fans/Tyson Hesse seem to get it instinctively in a way SEGA is incapable of. Missed opportunity to use Jaleel White's voice though IMO, given the style influences and the fact that Wes Weasely is basically in the game already
