😂 when the camera slipped we got a better view of the bike which looked like a cinematic short 🔥❤
Best looking gt on CZcams without going silly, nice one 👌👍
Thanks, I appreciate it!
Well done, thanx for the Video.
Looks like the engine guard bolts in the same place as the bracket on the front.
So I'll probably do both actions together for practical reasons.
Thank you very much for showing us how to mount the guard.
I have been thinking about fitting it to my Interceptor for some time, but considering that here in summer we reach temperatures of up to 45 ºC/113ºF) I don't know to what extent the restriction of air flow to the crankcase and air filter can be detrimental.
Anyway, seeing clearly that the assembly is so simple, I think I will end up installing it.
Yes, after getting the brackets installed, putting the guard on and taking it off is easy. So if you want to take it off it is just the four bolts.
I got mine delivered today. I'm confused why only 2 washers are included.
All the best.
Yes, it's confusing when you get 4 bolts but only 2 washers... but I guess washers aren't needed for the two front bolts 🤷♂
What tank is that? My Mr. Clean does not have an engraved logo like yours, it looks awesome!
It's a Mr Clean, but I changed the emblem from the decal to the chrome.
@@RideWithJerry did you have to order it that way, or did you do this on your own?
@@MRiriFan did it myself czcams.com/video/TIVH62KBDZ4/video.htmlsi=ElpwgxvpMKZEvpbm
Hey mate, what slip on mufflers do you have on the bike?
No brand, very inexpensive universal slip on that I liked because it looks like the stock exhaust just much smaller and lighter (only 3 lbs vs 11 lbs / 1.6kg vs 5kg) BUT very loud! I made changes to the baffles so my neighbors won’t hate me :) Bought off eBay www.ebay.com/itm/294180096949
@@RideWithJerry thanks mate! Is it unbearably loud? You should make a video on it. I'd be keen to see how you muffled it out
Is the oil filter long or short?
I used a genuine Royal Enfield filter part# 575139/F
A long filter may not fit with the sump guard.
Did you wrap the gas shock cannister?
Yes, with the same vinyl I used on the seat cowl.
Hi Jer...
What's the brand of paddock stand you use for the RE?
The paddock stand is a really cheap set that I don't recommend (less than $100 for both stands.) The back stand tend to lean to one side. I think it's worth the few extra bucks to buy a good set.
@@RideWithJerry Better to get a centre installed or install one yourself, it costs about 100 bucks and is such a valuable asset to the bike, especially if you don't necessarily want to take up space storing external stands
@@nnathanaubree and if you've sump guard installed, it's almost same ground clearance as with center stand.
