Well, to be fair, this is more of a Blue and Red side type of thing, not much of a deep lore thing. Besides that, Vayne always sounded and felt just like an immense "tsundere" trying to be cool and edgy, while not really being all that. So I think that a character development for the better is a good idea as well.

I've said it once, I'll say it again; Pantheon's skins should have been legendary, not Vayne's.
I will never understand why, "The Aspect of War was revived by the Black Mist and took control over Atreus' body again, to fight under Viego's banner. But, Atreus' force of will eventually overcomes the 'god', becoming something new and powerful himself (though temporarily)." was considered LESS INTERESTING and LESS WORTHY of new voice-lines than, "Vayne has teammates now, and has to be a bit less of a heartless bitch."
The only thing I wish it naive the color of white and red in some characters where tone downed while the red shines more, then again in this au they'd be new sentinels I suppose so they wouldn't have gone through so much etc. meaning their clothes would be dirtied
