      Fine tune strengths and focus on weaknesses. Also see how to incorporate them in a game or really a workout. Such as shooting and if you miss drive more a layup/floater/hook shot a lot of things. Focus on footwork for everything though.

    All 3 of these moves are too difficult for the average ball player to execute effectively. Requires very good ball handling to sell the crossovers and not mess up under pressure.

    • @danielanaya4512

      Victor Ma take it one step at a time work on regular cross overs, once u get faster. Then start doing hesitations. After that you’ll be able to start working on a lot more things

    Hey coach, I just made my 7th grade AAU team! Do you have any major tips to become the greatest player I can become? And also when I face fast defenders I struggle, what should I do?
    Great video coach, thx

    • @lucian6830
      @lucian6830 Před 4 lety +1

      Adan Ellefson I’m no coach but to be the best player you can ever be requires one simple rule. Practice. Don’t ever stop. Go to the gym or park and face against people you know that are better than you. Learn new moves, and find/improve on your weaknesses. With fast defenders, I advise you to get more shifty. Learn how to use your body to its fullest potential. (changing speeds, selling fakes etc.) i hope that this helps
