Nosappu Cape, Hokkaido (Japan) in 90-seconds (in stormy weather....)

In November 2018, we visited the easternmost point of Hokkaido, Japan... It was rainy, cold, and very very windy the day we were there, so we didn't get the views you can apparently get on a nice clear day, but we did get a feel for how bleak, stormy, and bracing this part of Japan can be!!
Sights include the 'Bridge of Four' (representing the 4 islands (or archipelagos) still subject to an ownership dispute between Japan and Russia) as well as the Hoppokan Museum, and lighthouse.
