@@abeninan4017 I also wish for what you want to happen. happens. But if you want that to happen we have two options (1) we need to import migrant workers and pay them low wages (2) or we will have to lift Kerala and place it in Europe, North America or Australia. The reason is, outside Kerala labor is cheap in India. Here is an old story I heard from my friend who worked in a sister company of Modi Steel. He was comparing Modi Steel with Tata Steel Ltd. The Modi Steel has modern technology and a much more automated process. But Modi Steel finds it difficult to compete with Tata Steel as Tata Steel gets cheap labour.
Case in Kerala's agriculture sector the labour is not cheap, so it is difficult for Kerala farmers to compete. Then how do farmers in North America and Europe make money? They do most of the things automated, one husband and wife family is able to manage a corn field of 100 acres. The farms of Orange, apple, Almonds, etc. all are picked up by machines. And in the USA many crops that need labour to pick, like tomato, watermelons, etc. have cheap seasonal migrant labour from Mexico and South America.
Another problem we face in Kerala is subsidies given in other states. All these things make farming in Kerala non competitive. A sector which we can compete in is Chicken, Fish, Buffalo farming, but there is uncertainty. The Coconut farmers in Kerala need to compete with other states. Most Rubber farmers are leaving Rubber untapped, as the Rubber price is not enough for paying for tapping it. We need a way to automate farming and still be competitive to neighboring states. To become competitive we will have to make other states' laborers more educated hence there will be shortage of low wage laborers in those states.
On infrastructure building, in India how many people we use to build roads and houses. Our house construction methods also take time. We need to change our construction method. We need to use more prefabricated things. We don't have wide enough roads to bring prefabricated homes, or prefabricated stuff. In addition we need to compete with lower wages in neighboring states.
So Kerala needs to focus on the service sector, tourism, IT, Research, Education, Health Care, Outsourced Legal works etc.

None other than the rulers only .They have miserably failed to utilize the brilliant Human Resource group to accomplish their professional aspirations with their own desired satisfaction levels, ie, opportunities for their professional excellence backed by comfortable economic satisfaction.

The US started to rise after the second world war when all the smart intelligent people migrated from Germany and other Europen countires.
So if any country want to lead the world all the brain power has to concentrate in that country.
Now the world is not a closed space. So there is no need for a person to live in a particular country to work. So Indians stay in India and can enjoy the daily lives of living in the mother country and still his brain can serve USA.
What India has to do is to give enough opportunity to utilize the nations brain power.
