I believe that what you do in your 20s affects a lot afterwards. I didn't do anything, so now in my 30s I'm paying for it but I'm optimistic that I will delay more antiaging since I'm taking caution now.
Also stay hopeful that with each passing year comes new technologies, techniques, products and information that is light years ahead of stuff we had years ago. So things work better and faster now.

Because it is difficult to maintain oneself after a particular age. So they’re appreciating them because they’re doing it despite it being tougher.

It can go either way with vegetarians/vegans. There is the half of them who really looks very young and has great skin. And the other half they look worse than people on a standard diet. Why that is, i do not know. I guess there is no "one size fits" all solution. We are all unique and need different diets to best fit our needs.

Some people really think they look younger than what they are.. I can easily see they are over 50. Once you have been with several women, it's not hard to tell if there 35+ if you know what to look for.

61,48 and 51 (now, the video is from 2013 so it's 4 years less).
I agree they don't really look younger and some look to have some botox or surgery stuff done.
But they are in a very good shape for their ages!
Age is very different now, from what it used to be. Guys who can't get it up can use pharmaceuticals, Botox is used by guys and girls. Everyone is going to move on through time, getting old is optional. *smile*
