- The plaintiff is a party planner who specializes in divorce parties. She says the defendant hired her to throw a party after getting out of a relationship, but the defendant hasn’t paid, so she’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant says she wasn’t happy with the plaintiff’s party because she didn’t hire enough strippers and bring a dartboard with her ex’s face on it.
