4 Steps: How to live the best version of your life

How do you become truly happy? How do you become truly authentic? How do you find your very own, unique path to happiness?
In this video, I tell you how I found my way and how you can do the same. It's not easy, but nothing that is truly valuable comes "easy".
For me, it took many failed attempts, losses and struggles to become who I am today. I learned early on to feel myself and recognize whether something makes me happy me or not. And I have always believed that I deserve to feel fulfilled. Whether with other people, at work or in my friendships.
You deserve that too!
But it also requires your input, your shadow work and you feelings to get there.
I'm wishing you the most success on this journey and I wish you that you can one day live your most authentic happy life!

I am really inspired by your video. I live more and more my dreamlife and have lived through I think all of the struggles you talk about. I am now studying to become a holistic therapist and am studying by myself how I can be a coach of teenagers (I think that is the age group I have most affinity with) and how you talk about all of this is really helpful for me in this journey!
The freindships is a topic I am currently still working on. I have friends, but would like to be more comfortable with them/with new friends, and I am convinced that the only way for this is to be completely myself and thereby attract the right people.
