I can’t remember the last time that people were this excited to watch a heavyweight. Gable is truly a unique talent. I look forward to seeing his future.

As a Minnesota wrestler myself, I've been watching Gable win high school state championships since he was 15 years old.. I don't know how a person can't appreciate what he's done for the U of Minnesota, the USA and wrestling in general.. 💯💖
He's been a fantastic representative of our fine state. He always takes every opportunity to tell people how great it is here and how much support he gets from fans. Kid makes us all extremely proud.
I want more hes 21 not continuing is sad. Wwe is money and I know at some point he’ll be in the ufc. I’d like to see him go for gold again.

Man, did WWE host this years NCAA championships, the whole video was intense and entertaining.
Gable is 220lbs+, but moves like he's 180. And he's not chunky, but solid athleticism. He's insane.

I knew the first time I seen him wrestling at practice when he was 5 years old that he was unlike anything I've ever seen before. I honestly thought he was years older which he mentally is. His father Robert is owed a lot of credit along with his mother if more parents thought like sacrificing everything them the world would be a better place. Both matches were by one point and much like we watched last night, the refs let him put on his track shoes to finish the matches. Saw Dean, Bravo-Young and Suriano do it last night. Hang on to a slim lead and run around the mat to let the clock run out. It happened back then and it’s still happening now. PSU has a great program with Cael but the refs are afraid to call anything on them either.

The window for WWE isn't as large as a second Olympic gold pursuit. Additionally, he may pursue MMA. Nothing wrong with making tens of millions of dollars in the next decade.
I disagree, the commitment and training it takes to be an Olympic champion is absurd. You have to love what you do to compete at it at a level like that. What more is there for him to do. He’s done everything you can do in wrestling and he has an opportunity the others haven’t. He’s more than likely the greatest heavyweight of all time, I don’t think you can question the love for a sport it takes.
If he had the “drive” he’d be signing up to make half of what he’ll make in the WWE.
As a fellow Sun Devil, I was somewhat torn-but Stevenson, is my all time fav wrestler. So skilled, quick & powerful. Dominant💪🏽

by close I think you mean gable didn't get to do whatever he wanted at will? I mean he still got 2 take downs and an easy escape and even an extra riding point.. Schultz couldn't do anything except keep him from scoring at will.
Schultz is an absolutely phenomenal wrestler! When you’re up you must protect that lead and you see Gable doing that. Two legends in the sport and a great match!
I wish and I would love to see him wrestle at the Olympics again.

Gable completely controlled the first peiod but after the escape in the second period he shot that double leg and Shultzstopped him and came close to getting the takedown. After that Gable played it safe and pretty much stalled the rest of the match.... Schultz wrestled tough....I wish he was coming back..He was a GREAT wrestler one of the most DOMINANT WRESTLERS of all time.
If Gable Stevenson doesnt fight MMA at some point while he's in his prime. It would be a shame. He's too much of a stud to not give it a go. But $ makes the world go round and the WWE is a fat bag right now.
