Disposable bread tin
Disposable gloves
Serrated knife

Can we use any foam spray or just a specific one? And do all foam sprays have different stuff in it that makes it hardened when dry?
Anything should work as long as it’s a foam spray sealant.

How long do you let it dry before painting?
It may vary based on the brand of spray foam, but I'd let it dry at least overnight. Once it has fully expanded and is hard to the touch, it should be reay to paint.
