1 tsp vegetable broth
3-4 bay leaves
1/4 tsp ginger powder
2 cups plain yogurt
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp tahina
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
Garnish with parsley, paprika and pepper
Roasted nuts with ghee

2 صدور دجاج
1 بصلة
1 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل
1 ملعقة صغيرة مرق خضروات
3-4 أوراق غار
1/4 ملعقة صغيرة مسحوق زنجبيل
2 كوب زبادي سادة
1/4 كوب عصير ليمون
2 ملعقة كبيرة طحينة
2 فص ثوم مهروس
1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح
تُزين بالبقدونس والفلفل الحلو والفلفل
مكسرات محمصة بالسمن
