- Geological survey is considered one of the hardest bot missions to do, but this is one of the coolest planets so far so the attempts were pretty fun.

At 40:21 you can see an automaton walking into an explosive barrel. Them doing that alerted all enemies to my position and so they started gathering around at the base and were constantly at the ready. Hindsight 20/20 I should have jumped early to the cover on the left side of the extract zone and waited for jetpack to come back up and used it to get to the ship, but that's hindsight and I wasn't thinking about it in the moment. Unfortunate ending to an otherwise great mission.

The difference in playstyle between the factions makes it even more fun. I can't wait to see what the other factions are like.

Looking at the topography of the map as you're picking landing location is very important when playing solo. I picked a pocket near mountains that was unlikely to have room for a bot base and it was close to where I wanted to climb to eliminate all turrets on the map.
@@Not_Harvardi tried a similar strategy, landing near mountain valley once but i was greeted by two flyers that spawn killed me ☠️ i don't think they normally are flying when you start a mission either
ppl always solo the ez missions
I've solo completed every mission in the game against both factions. Some are harder than others but all are doable.
