Aap k shohar aur family member toh kafi khush rehte hoge aap itni maze ka khana jo banati hain! maine hamesha ek baat notice ki hain aap jo bartan khana banane me use karti hain woh kafi clean hote hain aur mashallase kafi unique lagte hain muze to apke khana banane ka andaz aur bartan bartan bahot pasand hain. aisehi pyare videos banati rahe Allah apko salamat rakhe...

    That is a lot of yeast for four cups of flour. So much yeast will give stomachache so be careful when using high amounts. I would put less than half of tea spoon and rest the dough rest at room temperature over night. None the less good recipe, I will try it out in my wood pizza oven and see how it goes.

    Just an update so I made them again yesterday I had used 8 cups of flour and doubled everything except oil (6 tbs) Came out great I added cheese but it was a little less so didn't taste much different
    next time I will add 1 part keema and 2 parts cheese In Shaa Allah

    This looks the best out of all the recipes I've seen online. I would fry or bhoono the qeema with ginger garlic though. There is a smell otherwise

    A perfect recipe it comes out better if minced meat is uncooked I have tried it with chicken and beef with cooked and uncooked meat my kids loved it better with uncooked meat.

    Can we grill the naans instead of baking it? Looks delicious though. Finding it too time consuming when you need to make it for the family. Hope grilling it gives the same taste and effect

      Dear Hina Sis, phalay aap nay oven pre heat karna hai 30 min. Phir aap nay top kay rods ON karnay hain, or 3 ya 4 naan raknay hain, phir door ko video kay set time ka mutabik bake karain oor door na open karain.

      Dear Hina sis, agar naan ki sides hard honay ka mutlab hai aap kay oven ki heat tu tek thi magar aap nay zaida dair oven may rahnay dia, ya ho sakta hai ka aap ki dough soft na ho, aap 2 ya 3 martba banain insh'Allah bohat achay naan bunain gai.

    Thank you for showing me how to make keema naan. I live in the USA, so can you tell me what temperature I show heat my oven to in order to cook the naan? Also can I cook the chicken keema before I add it to the naan dough?

      I suppose you could lightly brown the chicken mince for 2.- 3 mins an letting it cool down before adding to the dough, but remember the naan is partially cooked on the skillet/frying pan and finished off in the oven for another 20-25mins, so really extra cooking is probably not needed. Leave it in the oven a bit longer if you prefer.
      Also 180 degrees is approx 375F for oven temperatures.

      Hamza Khan, agar aap Oven may kacha keema kay naan banain gay tu paak jay ga, or agar aap naan ko tawa pay bana chatay hain tu phir aap ko keema cook kar kay naan may add karna ho ga, oor duno sides tawa par hi light brown karni hoon gi.

      With kacha qeema naan and prathai both are more delicious.I always make with kacha qeema.
