Mastering Lomachenko Technique Offensive Posture with High Defense

There are lots of incredibly varied skills on show when Lomachenko enters the boxing ring. The Lomachenko technique though is based around a very solid, offensive-minded posture. He carries his weight on his front leg, urging the opponent to throw shots. Once Lomachenko gets the opponent to commit he can block or evade the incoming punches and deliver a fusillade of his own damaging shots.
