I'm hearing that Low dose Naltrexone titrated up and down regularly from 1.5 to 3mg then to 5 and then back down and then back up, repeat and rinse.

most people with a microwave arent chronically ill because some people are less sensitive for microwaves, also the distance person/microwave is very important. The oven in another place is more safe. The radiation become less when the oven gets older. Some ovens give less radiation then others. In Russia is less radiation allowed by law.

I would like to know how someone, can get to see someone like Dr Shepherd? My son has has ME since 1990 and his GP,s diagnosis was confirmed by Dr Betty Dowsett in 1992/3. He is due to see someone in our local area but they prefer the CBT/Psychological approach and he is not happy with this type of treatment. Is there others out there in the Essex area he could see, someone he could have confidence in like he had in Betty? Thank you x

I would also like to say that he is seriously disabled by this illness and he was not able to get to the first appointment and I was told if he does not make the next one he will not be given another. His sleep pattens are such that he never knows when he will sleep, he has tried since 1992/3 to get his sleep pattens right and has never succeeded for more that just 1 day!!!!

This worked for ME / CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME (Personal Experience for myself and a friend who was hospitalised with it).
COD LIVER OIL Capsule & Vitamin C Tablet (or Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil in Orange Syrup with added Vitamin C available through Amazon - teaspoon every 6 to 8 hours for 2 months)
1,000 mg capsule every eight hours for two months (person 120 kg)
or 500 mg every six hours for two months(person 80 kg)
or 500 mg every eight hours for two months (person 60 kg).
You should start to feel better in about ten days to three weeks
but to make sure you are cured keep going for two months.
Do not go by the guidelines on the packet.
It has to be a capsule every six to eight hours - (I know).
Trick is to have a container of capsules in your pocket if you are going out or once you recover enough to get mobile.

Why are all suggested treatments dealing with the consequences of the disease rather then the cause? Why does nobody talk about the cause in the first place?

We need a biomarker then treatment plans based on concrete evidence and an end to medical ignorance of this awful living death sentance where you get to watch your own existence fade, it reminds me of the film BACK TO THE FUTURE where Micheal j fox is holding the picture of him and his family and watching himself fade and disappearing with Me/cfs your the one going invisible. One day there will be a breakthrough 🙏
