Watching this show late, so of course I'm responding as I watch. That's the coolest thing abt the community....it's like the backyard family bbq. Uncles, cousins, uncle pokie, auntie shay shay, Foo man chew and em over in the corner cutting up, pops on the grill, momma making sides...lol....it's all family.

I recently retired early from truck driving I recently got into barbecue about a year ago I watched the video on begin a cooking brisket and now I cook a brisket I enjoy your show as well hope I get to cookbook but if not I'm willing to buy it as well

Yessss. My favorite pork is Char Siu....make that on a pork loin, slice it thin and make a smoked char siu banh mi sandwich....just trust me...do it. Lol....and east coast bbq is grilling. Grilled ribs are delightful too.😂
I will definitely try that on a loin next. Soooo good.. oh yeah.. grilling is how I came up.
